Patricia A. Kugel, 84 of Galena, IL passed away at her home Thursday, September 3, 2015. In keeping with her wishes there will be no public services and burial will be held at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family. She was born September 7, 1930 in Ponca City, OK the daughter of Glenn and Anna Lydia (Sladek) Kugel. Pat was born and raised in Oklahoma and educated there. She worked as a clerk for the Chicago Board and Trade for thirty years until her retirement. Following retirement she moved to Galena and made her home with her childhood friend Mary “Mitzi” C. MacDonald. She was preceded in death by her parents.
