Nicholaus “Nic” V. Urban, 23 of Stockton, IL died unexpectedly Thursday, November 16, 2017. Friends may gather from 2 to 5 PM, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena. A Celebration of Life will follow the gathering at Jugg’s Main Street Tap, 200 North Main Street, Elizabeth, IL. Cremation rites have been accorded. He was born June 9, 1994 in Colorado Springs, CO the son of the late Javin V. Urban and Pauline Daniel. Nic was employed as a cook and painter. He enjoyed spinning poi, flow arts, snow and skate boarding, concerts, festivals, music and watching Netflix. Nic is survived by his mother and step-father, Pauline (John Mullaney) Daniel, two sisters, Vanessa and Hailey Urban, step-mother, Kathy Seyer, paternal grandparents, Jerry (Vicki Green) Urban and Judee (Bob) Albert, his maternal grandmother, Janet Post and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, his cousins, Joshua and Jamie Serpliss and Amanda Joy Daniel. A special thank you to his uncle and aunt, Ron (Cindy) Serpliss.
