QuoShunda Chiffon “Shonnie” Linear, 34 of Galena, IL passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Midwest Medical Center, Galena. Funeral service will be 5 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, where friends may call after 2 PM until time of service. Cremation rites will follow the service and burial will be held at a later date. She was born September 30, 1982 in Chicago the daughter of Antoin Hillard and Franchette Linear. Shonnie graduated from Thornridge High School, Chicago. She was currently employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 24 Hour Care. Shonnie’s whole life was her children. She is survived by her seven children, Kevon, Kevin, Ari, Armon, Fredrick, Franchette and Little QuoShunda all at home, her mother, Franchette Linear of Chicago, a sister, Annette (LaCarl) Davis of Marrow, GA and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the QuoShunda Linear Family Fund which has been established at First Community Bank, 101 Exchange Street, Galena, IL 61036
