Keith George Chase, 95, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020, at the Galena Stauss Senior Care Community. In accordance with state and federal guidance on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a service at this time.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Burial will be at the Dunklin Memorial Church Cemetery in Okeechobee, FL. Local arrangements are being handled by the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, IL. Keith was born on the Chase family farm in Sun Prairie, WI, on May 18, 1924, to George and Stella Chase. He had three siblings, Willis, Forest, and Shirley Chase.  He worked on the family farm, sold farm equipment and later sold insurance for Franklin Life. While with Franklin Life, he was recognized multiple times for outstanding sales performance as salesman of the year. He is survived by a son, Paul (Mary Weck) of Galena, three daughters, Kathleen (John) Keller of Green Bay, WI, Joy (Scott Page) Chase and Julie Chase both of Madison, WI,  five grandchildren, Joshua (Tera) Chase, Abby (Ian) Harris, Patrick (Brandy) Chase, Courtney (Zak) Klobucar and Kristine (Marty) Weston and many great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and siblings, he is predeceased by his wife Mary Margaret Chase and daughter Cheryl (Chase) Boggs. He was always eager to share with everyone he met the “Good News” that “Jesus Loves You!”
