Judith Ann Schultz, 73 of Dubuque, IA and formerly Scales Mound, IL passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at Manor Care, Dubuque, IA. In keeping with her wishes there will be no public services. Burial will be at a later date in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Scales Mound. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family. She was born in Freeport, IL the daughter of Leslie and Margaret (Fellenzer) Schultz. She graduated from Scales Mound High School. Judy went onto to attend Swedish American Nurses Training, Rockford, IL where served as an LPN at Swedish American Hospital. She was later employed at Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL and Dr, Rabin, orthopedic and personal injury, Chicago, IL as well as Manor Care Health Services, Dubuque, IA until her retirement. Judy is survived by her brother, Gerald L. (Dawn) Schultz, of Elgin, IL, three nephews, Timothy M. Schultz and family, of Des Moines, IA Todd M. Schultz and family, of Hoffman Estates, IL and Travis M. Schultz and family, of Dubuque, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents.
