Dr. Charles A. Sloan, 82, of Galena, IL passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018, at Midwest Medical Center, Galena. In keeping with his wishes there will be no public services and burial will be held at a later date. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family.
