Deborah “Deb” Louise Erickson, 62 of Galena, IL passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at her home. Friends may gather from 1 to 3 PM Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena. There will be no services and burial will be held immediately following the gathering in Greenwood Cemetery, Galena. Cremation rites have been accorded. She was born August 23, 1955 in Duluth, MN and grew-up in Wenatchee, WA. She had a love for horses and enjoyed attending rodeos. Music was one of her favorite pastimes and was known to rock out to her favorite songs. Deb was a huge baseball fan of the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins. She was a beautiful person with an unforgettable sense of humor. Deb was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Krista, a son, Adam, two grandchildren, Morgan Cannon and Dru Kucera, five sisters, one brother and her bestest friend, Carol DuBord. Deb was preceded in death by her mother, Tillie Solomon, a daughter, Jody Cannon and her soulmate, Fritz Carlson.
