Robert W. Duggan, 75 of Galena, IL passed away New Year’s Day at the Elizabeth Nursing Home. A gathering will be held from 2-6 PM, Saturday, January 12, 2019 at his home. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his wife Barbara, two daughters, Meg and Elizabeth, a grandson, Drew Hall.
