Bryan Christopher Reifsteck

Bryan Christopher Reifsteck, age 45, of Plainfield, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Born on August 15, 1979, in Sterling, IL, he was the beloved son of the late John and Marcia (née Norman) Reifsteck. Bryan worked for Aftermath, LLC for 19 years and co-founded Huuso, PLLC with his two brothers six years ago. He was passionate about sports, enjoying games on TV or attending those of his nieces and nephews. Bryan loved golfing and playing euchre, and while he never hunted, he cherished his time at deer camp. A lifelong Cubs and Bears fan, he shared his love for these teams with family and friends. A devoted brother, uncle, and friend, Bryan will be dearly missed. He is survived by his brothers, Tim Reifsteck and Kevin (Tabitha) Reifsteck; his nieces and nephews, Breven, Blake, Cole, Terrion, Aurora (Devonte) Dunn, Austin (Tessa), and Makenzie; and his great-nieces and nephews, Sofia, Trinity, Makoa, Kailo, and Brennon. He will also be fondly remembered by his uncles, Joe Reifsteck, Joel (Molly) Reifsteck, Ron (Jeanie) Norman, and Steve (Angela) Norman; and many loving cousins and friends. And as many knew, Bryan’s deep love for his dogs, Banks and Brudo, was a defining part of his life. They were his steadfast companions, sharing countless adventures, quiet evenings, and daily walks that brought Bryan joy and peace. Banks and Brudo were not just his pets; they were family, and his love for them was evident to everyone who knew him. Those around him will profoundly feel Bryan’s absence, but none more so than his loyal dogs, who held such a special place in his heart. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marcia Reifsteck; his aunt, Jean Heller; and uncles, Jerry Reifsteck and Leonard Norman Jr. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, IL. A second visitation will occur on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at Noon at Furlong Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Galena. Instead of flowers, memorials in Bryan’s name may be made to Wags 2 Wishes Animal Rescue Plainfield, or the Naperville Area Humane Society.
