Bill will definitely be missed.. We so enjoyed stopping at the shop or having him stop at our house and have a little chat.. I was blessed one time with even having to take him home after his truck stopped working, always a great visit with that man..
Our sincere condolences to Eric and the rest of his family….

I remember Bill from many years ago when he was married to Betty Blum. I haven’t seen him in a long time. Rest in peace Bill.

Bill came into our Bakery on Main Street in Galena from the day we open the doors in March of 2008. Bill and I would talk about the world problems. We would have them all solved in an hour, but no one would listen to us. Bill watched our four kids literally grow up working at the bakery to being out on their own. All of our kids don’t live in the area, but Bill always asked how the kids were doing and interested in what they were doing. I will miss you, Bill, have a chocolate bread, a jar of jelly, and a cinnamon roll on me.
