Keith K. Wiegman, 79 of Galena, IL passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, May 20, 2017 in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Galena. Military honors will be accorded graveside by Galena VFW Post #2665 and American Legion Post #193. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family. He was born November 22, 1937 in Dubuque, IA the son of Leonard and Leona (Brant) Wiegman. Keith enlisted in the United States Army on January 28, 1957 serving in the 9^th Cavalry Division during the Korean Conflict until his honorable discharge on January 12, 1959. After his return he worked as a laborer doing road construction until his retirement. He is survived by nieces, nephews and his close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Wally and two sisters, Gloria and Jeanette.
