Dale G. Kieler, 78 of Kieler, WI passed away December 28, 2016 at his home. At Dale’s request there will be no public services. Burial will be held at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family. He was born January 23, 1938 in Kieler the son of Oliver “Ollie” and Harriet (Droessler) Kieler. Dale served in the Army National Guard from 1958 until his honorable discharge in 1966. He owned and operated his own Barber Shop in Kieler for 57 years while working on the family farm. Dale enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by two brothers, Allen (Jane) Kieler and Oliver Jr. “Babe” Kieler, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold “Hank”, a sister, Nila Ann Furlong, a brother in-law, Frank Furlong, two sisters in-law, Pauline and Donna Kieler, two nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to everyone who knew and loved Dale throughout his lifetime.
